I'm getting what seems like a standard "not enough power" GPU lockup, followed by loads of desktop flickering and eventually coming back in every game I play.

I've got an Asus 6950 currently at 920/1350. I've tried bringing down the clocks to stock and that does solve the issue, but what's curious is that it doesn't happen in the Heaven benchmark. I can run that for hours on end, 99% GPU usage and nothing happens, all the way up to 940/1350 with no problems.

It only locks up in games. Is this likely a GPU or a PSU issue?

Voltage seems too low. Go for 1.2. I also think your ram is far too high. Anything above 1310 errors the memory for me,
