6950 Overheating.

I Previously made a thread about this and was inclined to believe it was just a rise in Ambient temperature but it's not,

On GPU-Z there is a render test that you can run which loads your graphics card at 100 percent - with a 30 percent fan speed temperatures were reaching 90 degrees after 5 minutes.

I'm doing the render test about but at 100 percent fan speed and the temperatures are still reaching 70.

RMA the card ?

Well I never use to exceed 72 Degrees with my 6950

It's near a radiator but it's stone cold hasn't been on in awhile.

It's free of dust also.

Really? it just never went over 72 degrees before.

Well I've stressed it before at 100 percent load but not the same test. I've never seen it over 80 before ;(

I have, Also getting these funny lines on games might have to RMA again.

I have a few images of what seems to be wrong with it. Does similar things to this in Skyrim as well.

I use a Compressor that completely blows everything out of the case/fans so I know it's not dust.

Happens in Skyrim as well Surveyor, and shadows are very bad in loads of games.
