6950 WC block

Any good generic GPU WC blocks for the Sapphaire 6950 2GB, I have two in crossfire mode but they generate a lot of heat and noise during high load such as BF3

You'll have a hard time finding any now as they have been EOL for a while. Make sure to check whether you have an original reference design or a V2. (The EK cooling configurator site should tell you) I got the aqua computer aquagratix 6970II block for my sapphire 6950 toxic and it keeps the temperatures around 55 in a loop with my cpu. (using 2x 240mm radiators)
