Hi Guys, one of the above might be upgrading my long-term 450D + BG-E5 Grip.

I mainly shoot Landscapes, though i do the occasional track day etc.

I've all but discounted the 60D, it's not a huge upgrade from my 450D and seems more geared towards video work.

The 7D interests me due to it's build and image quality, coupled with it's top quality AF system, however it's another crop camera, a new version can't be that far away and i wouldn't mind trying FF tbh.

The 6D is the sort of camera I’ve been wanting for a few years, FF, good price and seems to have quite a few features of interest; however the AF system and build quality is putting me off a little, plus i'd have to ditch my Sigma 10-20.

So the question is, for landscape work do you think it's worth paying extra for the FF 6D and putting up with its shortcomings, or should I pay less and buy a 7D?

In addition should i be looking at anything else in the Canon lineup?

Depends on uses.

Landscapes, you don't really need the 7D's AF system, you might for track day. Although actually, the centre point on the 6D should be able to keep up.

Build quality wise - the 6D still feels rock solid.

I keep flicking between the two cameras, but the 7D seems like a more logical upgrade and stepping stone currently, it gives me big gains over the 450D without having to compromise so much on features, like the 6D.

6D is FF (full frame) not had that much of a good report, but OK if you want to do just Landscape or people portraits. I have a 7D and use it for Birding/nature. I also use it for near everything else..Street photography/people/portraits/landscapes/seascapes etc. etc.
I find it a Great camera. Two things I disslike. A bit of noise in iso400. A bit more in iso800.
I use Topaz DeNoise to get rid of it when seen. All depending on light if you see it or not. Underexpose and you'll see it when you open the shadows. I tend to overexpose slightly which I find is better. I use RAW (Always) Useing the Full 19 point focus is RUBBISH in my book. You will always Moan about miss focus if you use it. Single Point AF, Spot AF, or AE Point Expansion is the way to go. I use Single point AF 98% of time and find it to be great.
If you in no hurry, and your old camera is going ok, why not wait until the summer to see what Canon brings out. 7D is a camera you MUST learn to use..Plenty of uTube videos to teach you out there.
