£700 first build advice

Something isn't right. That motherboard is old and expensive. You can get a Z77 motherboard for around £80. Make sure your 3570k is retail too as you haven't specced a cooler.
The GPU is debatable, take a look at video editing benches for the 7850 & 7870, as they fall around the same price.

as above really.. for the mobo the Giga Z77-D3H is an awesome board, and cheaper than the one you have specced.
GPU I'd certainly look at 7850, 2GB version can be had for around £160.
the money you save can be put into a bigger hard drive. 1TB-2TB drives are between £60-75
