Just re-read the OP... So yeah, my spec 4TW! You'd need to get a wireless internet card though, which'd put £15-20 on top.

tbh it all depends if u can stretch your budget a little. the best black case i can do will total at 720 with delivery and vat... i changed the case and optical drives

I would get a tuniq tower, scythe ninja or noctua CPU cooler to overclock that CPU. You could even drop the CPU to a e6300 or a e4300 and get both up to 3GHz with a decent CPU cooler.

I'm not planning to overclock to begin with. Is it possible to fit a better cooler at a later date if I decide to?

Indeed it is, but you can fit a better cooler to begin with and not overclock - your computer will just be quieter thats all
