700D power button

Hi,
Ok..maybe am silly but just find out that cases are covered with 2 year warranty...for almost a year now, I am struggling with broken power button on my 700d.
Case was bought at the end of 2010 so now it is too late to get it fixed under warranty anyway...
where can I find replacement power button for 700D ??
anyone ?

corsair has no support in UK - at least not located in UK...

having no luck in locating 800D power button either..

and no luck in finding whole front cover for 800D as 700 is discontinued... 800 and 700 are same so would fit

Contact corsair support, they sent me a whole io font panel for nothing when my usb on my 800d stopped working

Failing that, measure the size and just buy a replacement button? Power buttons aren't the most complicated of tech and it should be pretty trivial to fit if you can find an appropriately sized and designed button(various suppliers out there that sell custom switches and buttons - can't mention competitors here).

I'd try your luck with Corsair first though, worst they can say is no, or ask for a small fee for replacement parts.

it has been a week since I sent a ticket to Corsair, and same amount of time since I sent a ticket to OCuk with no reply from any ....

it is not just simple button replace as it is part of front panel that comes off.

if it would be part of case then I would certainly replace button myself ...

Hi,
I used forum to ask again and was advised that OCuk gives only 28 days of warranty for cases and after that we have to take it with Manufacurers..in that case Corsair that does not reply at all...
But thanks !!
