Save your money as no way is that worth £71. Even £20 would be overpriced.

There is a very good reason why it is so much and that appears to be because none of the major publishers will touch/distribute it. They are trying to recoup the dev costs by marketing directly.

Think about it for a moment if it was really any good they would just sell it for 6 figures + royalties to EA, Ubisoft, Atari etc etc.

Looks like an amateur hour mod.

BF2 would be better + cheaper.

The original was cracking, it is a tank SIM, BF2 is no where near realistic :p

This does look good, like all pro level sims though, costs the earth :(

Anyone remember M14 abrams tank simulator or something,

Graphics then looked great and reality of the missions was good.

However it lacked depth and got boring.

I always nearly wet myself when I see people trying to compare simulators to BF2. Such ignorance and/or naivity :D

Takes one man to drive a tank didn't you know :D

Nothing like someone saying 'Hey, what's the best combat flight sim' and someone replying with 'BF2'. What can you do...

I fired up LockOn whilst at a LAN once, and because I have an x52 and TrackIR, it tends to draw attention.. anyway, one guy asks if the game is any good, I reply "Yeah, not bad, it's not the best but it looks pretty" and I ask him if he wants to go head to head and is he any good at flight sims..

he replies "Yeah I'm pretty good, I often get top brass on BF2 when I'm in a jump jet, but don't play any others"

He was minced meat before he even got off the runway :p
