£750 system

Looks pretty good, i would suggest a better cooler speend the £20/30 more to get a decent one that will be able to keep up with your ever increasing knowledge of overclocking. I cannot comment on the limlitations of that particular micro atx mobo but generally atx is preferable if your case can fit it. Is 250gb seriously enough or will that just be the os and apps drive? Lastly monitor res, perhaps a 5850 would do?

I was going to suggest you trim back elswhere to allow for a better PSU but I see you've really optimised your spec price-wise.
Honestly, I think you should drop back to the 5850, which will still annihilate anything going for a good while.
Spend (most) of the saving on a really great PSU, like one of these :

which will last you through a few builds / upgrades
& spend (a little) to get a really nice cooler that will last a few builds too.
Thats just my thoughts though, others may disagree.

I concur. Change GFX card to a 5850 and get a Corsair PSU (or similar) and a better HDD - Maybe a Spinpoint F1 1TB. You will then have a nicely balanced and powerful PC.

I'd change the PSU for a more reliable brand such as Corsair, Antec etc. That drive's gonna be pretty slow so i'd suggest spending £20/30 more on a faster one. Rest seems fine though :)

"The Elite 360 is a mini-tower that accommodates micro-ATX and ATX motherboards" "edit" not sure this helps lol

Okay some changes that might please some people, higher quality products and guaranteed compatibility and stability on the ram and cpu. The cpu will clock to 4.2ghz on this setup i believe and it has the required cooling and power "least i think" + the extra storage from 250gb to 500gb & the retail version of the i5 which has the longer warranty?

Again, it'd be worth checking the fitment, the Elite 360 you linked to earlier won't even fit a 5850 in there, let alone a 5870. Otherwise, that's a good spec overall.

If you like odd-looking cases, take a look at NZXT's cases, like the Gamma and M59. They're good quality cases, will take larger GPUs (like the 5870) and aren't too expensive.
