It's not guaranteed that it won't drop below 60 in all of them, as well as in titles that are yet to be released. It would make buying a > 60FPS 4k monitor that has been specially developed and you've paid extra for pretty moot if you can't maintain above 60 at all times. What I'm saying is you'd need 2x 1080s to be confident that it won't drop below 60 in the present and medium term.A 1080 Ti will handily exceed 60 fps in many modern games with quality cranked.
