YES core temp probe working well mine sitting at 40C idle, close to my 6600GT so pretty good stock cooling i'd say on the leadtek.

will need to open up overclocking with coolbits since rivatuner not updated to see 7600/7300 yet....

Just curious why I can't find any information on the net concerning other 7600GT agp incarnations apart from the Leadtek version.

Are we likely to see other manufacturers release the 7600GT agp card or is Leadtek going to be the only game in town?

Yep, ordered mine on saturday and e-mailed today to see when it would be in, and they say tommorrow, :)

neil27, I feel for you man. Onboard graphics are the pits man. Ah well, at least you will have a better card soon.

I have been reading the reviews for the 7600gt. Most are favourable. You get the odd one that says Oblivion isnt playable with 7600gt... Obviously they havent played it with a 9800pro then... lol.
 
Just wondering what levels this card would play on GT Legends and Flatout 2 at 1280/1024?

I do play dod,css but I doubt there as intense as the above 2 games.



Havent played Flatout 2 yet as my onboard screws up when i try to play it and with GT LEgends it crashes out :rolleyes: I was playing Gt Legends on my 9800xt at 1280/1024 with nearly everything turned up full, no aa/af but it was laggy quite often.

You can return within 14 days I think it is if it's in perfect condition :)
