7600k Overclocking 2 questions

Hey all,

I am currently in the process of overclocking my 7600k and have 2 questions.

1. AVX offset, is AVX used in gaming, what will give me higher gaming performance.
IE 5.2GHZ Core, 4.8GHz AVX
or
5GHz Core, 5GHz AVX

2. Whats the difference between overclocking the base multiplier and the turbo multiplier.
As both seem to downclock under load
