770 or 7970?

Lol running Physx off a CPU on an AMD card is gonna kill your frame rates in BL2. I know, I've had both a 7970 and a 770 paired with a 3770k @1200p ^^

i presume you mean the games? Probably not, there all a few months old anyway so im guessing most people have them, the only one i dont have is crysis 3 coz i new there'd be no way in hell i could play it atm

And if there's no alternative deal next month it'll still have a regular AMD bundle, 3 games currently.

The 7950/7970s would still sell even with one game. The extras help because of nvidia's stronger brand name.

Yes the games would have been a big deciding factor being a student I planned on using some of the funds from my student loan to upgrade my home computer and my aging 560ti lol

looks like amd ftw for most here lol i did turn physx on with my current setup it looked awsome but i didnt get more than 12fps :O lol

And you will still get 12fps. Its not a problem though for 1 game as you got a good card in all the other games.

I've just read that the 9000 series is coming with the launch of bf4 does anyone know anything about it? Im going to start a new thread asking folks coz if i only have to wait till october for a 9970 then it'd be daft to get a 7970 now. I just hope i can at least play somthing low spec ie league of ledgends on the built in graphics on an i5 4670 setup untill then.
