Glad you sorted it OP here is my custom fan profile for both cards.
20%33c, gradual incline to 70% @60c, anything over 69c goes up slightly and anything above 80c is my danger zone so fans get to 100%.
In reality it's very quiet with the coolers my cards have, but have a play around for what suits you!
