780 Ti Matrix Flashing Black Screen

I turned on my rig earlier and the screen was black and flashing, I rebooted several times to no avail.

I put in my backup 750 Ti and everything worked fine, I then tried the Matrix in my dads computer and the same thing happened, Black flashing screen.

A few hours prior to this it was running fine, Had it running on stock volts most of the time, Only overclocked it once to 1250, That's with boost, Then put it down to stock afterwards as I didn't need the overclock.

Anyone heard of this before ?

Tthe screen itself, Can't even see the bios "Press Del", Put my backup card in and it worked straight away.

Have you tried the other dvi/vga port on the card if so I would say it's borked.

DVI yes but no monitor I own has VGA.

Bumpy, Anyone seen this before ?

There's not even any sign of the bios screen, Just a flashing black screen, What type of fault could this be ?
