That all looks fine to me. 7800 GS+ has an IRQ to itself. Video card, AGP slot and PCI bus are all sharing memory addresses but I think that's normal, or at least it's the same on my system (PCI-E slot not AGP in my case though) so I wouldn't worry about it.
Defragmenters need a certain amount of free space to do any good. Are you short on free space? What percentage fragmented does the windows defragmenter say your drive is? I suppose if it's very high it might take a large number of runs to get it fully degrafmented.
Definitely something going on though, 3DMark05 score of 4692 can't be right for that card. Checked AGP aperture size? Should be on 128 mb or 256 mb for best results. Disabled the onboard video?
I also noticed that FSB 100 MHz for your CPU, which for some reason I'm thinking should be on 200 MHz, but the CPU speed of 2794 MHz is obviously correct so maybe not. You're not running the chip at 28*100 instead of 14*200 are you?
