GA II is the best aio on the market currently and its right there.
Do you have any experience using both top air and aio? You sound like you dont. Cpu ihs is the limitation

No it’s not the position one the main heat soak the to limit. That why the new be quiet is still a bad cooler and cost £80

That’s whys GA II can’t pass the artic 360 with the offset mount

In the case of AIOs, I am afraid of leakage, in the case of air cooling, of the heavy weight

I've used AIO coolers almost since day one and have never had any leakage issues.
