Why say maxed out when it's not maxed out? Surely you really do care what people think, and being flamed, and being disagreed with aren't the same thing.
 
There's loads of people like him, just randomly spout out terms like "maxed out" and "constant 60fps", just because the game seems to be running 'smooth' to their eyes.

Not everyone has your eyes and magical framerate upscaling abilities. Hence why a little accuracy is wanted in these types of threads.
 
I try not to spend too much time on these forums but when I do come I can be guaranteed to find a post where Boomstick is talking a load of old cobblers.
