Afternoon, I was able remove the CPU cooler and re paste and I reset the cooler booted up to happily notice the tempertures were much lower I ran unigine same settings and my CPU didn't go above 45 degrees

I was a little bit worried when I saw a hole in my CPU but apparently that's normal for the 3930k? that's how it comes like this ? - http://www.imageupload.co.uk/5Dzr

The Problem is back unfortunately I've kindly asked for £50 back of my money to buy a new cooler because It's clearly faulty in my opinion.
