Hiya guys currently running a AMD 955 @ Stock with a 1GB 6950 and was thinking about going 7850 only if the option for crossfire would be available without bottleneck so I could purchase another one in a few months.
 
Don't bother with upgrading graphic card when you already got the 6950 on a AMD system. As it is the CPU would already hold back your 6950 in games that use 3 cores or less.

Just stick with what you got at the moment and be happy with it, and wait till you save up enough money, then upgrade to a faster CPU platform (most likely Intel) and a faster graphic card at the same time.

Oh, and overclocking your current CPU should most definitely get more juice out of your 6950.
