The well known fix for cards that do this is to set them to reference clocks, at these 650/800, they work flawlessly.

Will deal with it tomorrow when I have a day off from flying, I'm not that bothered about them not working at the desired clocks, with all the hassle these cards have given me it might be more trouble than its worth trying to get 2 new ones and find they are the same or worse.
