Keep trying different drivers first making sure you clean out the old ones properly.
Looking at this screenshot, you would think the card has bad memory.
Can't remember which one caused this. And yesterday I was going through a number of drivers getting different results. Driver 13.11 beta 9.2 gave me that black checkerboard square. 13.11 beta 6 had flashing grass all over. Another fixed the grass but then had a flashing green textures in the sky.
All is good now and just have to settle for some glitches here and there but at least I know the card isn't broken. There has been so many beta drivers in such a short time. Amd need to slow down and take time.
If you get fed up trying tc, return the card.
