The TFIII went through several revisions IIRC and I got a little lost with it all tbh. You'd have to double check your specific model number with EK/cooling configurator.
Looking here, http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/ it LOOKS as though that card is reference pcb, although I obviously don't know your exact card manufacturer code, but a quick search through their search database throws up the following card, is this yours?
MSI R7970 Twin Frozr 3GD5/OC BE Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition 3GB GDDR5 (V277-031R)
If so, it is reference and the CSQ blocks are compatible (Please note that manufacturers often revise designs without informing either EK or their customers)
For what it is worth, I have the reference OC version of that card and the CSQ was fully compatible. So assuming MSI has simply put a Twin Frozr cooler on the same PCB, you will be good to go.
