7am delivery.. wow!

Don't get me wrong I think it's a great idea too...

Just the shock of it when I wasn't expecting anything from 10am onwards!

Imagine being hungover, that's me on meds at that time

Anyway I'm awake now!

What company was it? I often get Amazon deliveries that early, which can require a code. Amazon only specify the 'before 1pm" part though, not the time from, unless it's their heavy logistics team. They will definitely say from 7am whenever I've had something delivered, including an oven a couple of weeks ago.

It is irritating, if you want to provide the customer/recipients with a delivery window, stick to it - people will plan around what they're told.

Remember years ago, i used to get deliveries via City Link at 6.30 in the morning.

Was handy when i worked shifts as it was either before i set off for work or i just got in from work.

You can set your address in Amazon to be a 'business' and then define the hours it's 'open'... maybe the only way to have reasonable delivery times going forward.
