8 Hours and no further forward

Right, this is what I have so far. Will require some SP120 fans when in as well. Only possible changes may be i7 or more likely get rid of the HD and just have another SSD. I'm also guessing that the 850 PSU will be enough.

The 850W will be more than enough.

I would probably go for one of these ssds.

Ok, I'll take your advice. I cannot see me using more than 500gb tbh. Especially as I have my laptop which I use for music + itunes. Thanks, going to go ahead and get this done so I don't change my mind.

I presume I do not need thermal paste as the cooler already has it applied on the block?

I would sooner have the Toshiba or Samsung then the M4.

You can transfer some of your folders and such from the OS to your storage drive, this will free up space. User and program files.
 
Is the EVO worth the extra on Samsung? Found a normal 250gb 840 for £119 delivered. Would miss out on 256mb of write speed.

For every day use and gaming, read speed is what matters most. If you can get the 840 for £119, take it, I would.
 
I had a feeling that was the case but awaited your input. Thanks a lot, you've been instrumental in all this. Think I'll get x2 at that price tbh.
