£800 Build

A friend of mine has asked for help specifying a new PC + monitor + Windows. He has a strict budget of £800. From all the help that I have received here I know you kind OC folk will help out.

He needs everything bar a keyboard and mouse.

He plays mainly MMO's with a very odd FPS thrown in the mix.

He said he expected the Monitor/Windows to cost £200-250 leaving a realistic budget of £550 to 600 for the tower.
