£900 M-ATX Gaming PC that will run quiet

Hi, I've been asked by a friend to spec him an £900 gaming pc that will be able to run games a high settings. There also needs to be an emphasis on size and noise. He's also quite set on getting an nVidia 970 although I have informed him of some of the VRAM issues so if you want to spec something like a 290/290X that would be fine.

Heres a quick spec I put together but feel free to use non of this, it's just to give a rough idea.
YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming Edition 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £289.99
1 x Gigabyte Z97X-SLI - Devils Canyon Core i5 4690K Bundle **£12 Saving** £269.98
1 x BeQuiet Silent Base 800 - Black £99.95
1 x Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache - OEM (ST2000DM001) HDD £66.98
1 x Crucial MX100 128GB SATA 2.5” 7mm SSD + 9.5mm Adapter (CT128MX100SSD1) £58.44
1 x SuperFlower Golden Green HX 550W "80 Plus Gold" Power Supply - Black £49.99
1 x Kingston HyperX Savage Red 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit (HX324C11SRK2/8) £46.99
1 x Raijintek Themis Evo Professional CPU Cooler £27.95
1 x LG 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM GH24NSC0.AUAA10B £13.99
Total : £924.26 (includes shipping : ).

I know I've picked out an ATX case here but I'm hoping for some suggestions/discussion of some good quality, quiet mATX cases.

Also he says that he's just going to use his TV seeing as how it will predominantly just be used for gaming but I'm trying to convince him to at least get a 22" monitor. So if you feel so inclined could you also spec a £750 build.

Thanks

EDIT: The budget was originally £800 but has now been increased to £900.

After discussing this more with my mate he's decided to up the budget to £900 rather than £800 so any new spec's with that budget would be appreciated.

I've updated the original post with the new details

Thanks again
