£800 Video Rig

Afternoon folks. I'm completely out on what components are on point bang for buck at the minute, so need a little help with my friend's spec list.

He's after a machine for around £800 which he'll be using for editing and rendering video. He won't be gaming on it, but Adobe Premiere relies on the GPU (And I believe it favours Nvidia for certain tasks) quite heavily. 16+GB of RAM for After Effects and if the budget allows, an SSD would be preferable. Maybe asking too much there though. Quad core CPU is also needed.

So if somebody could kindly spec me a tower, I'll be greatly appreciative and post pictures once it's built
