Hey i just bought a 980 ti and a rog swift 1440p monitor will my 8350 bottle neck or give big issues to gaming and if so was wondering should i also upgrade my 8350 to a other processor and motherboard if so what one should i get

OC the CPU to 4.6 or start looking at i5s.

TBH you will have a bottleneck in some games but those time performance wont be bad, just not as good as it could be. I dont think you will see much return for the money needed to upgrade to an i5 but anything on the same socket like a 9590 is not worth it considering its the same as your current CPU but with higher clocks (nothing stopping you from upping the voltage a tad and matching the same multiplier).

I personally would sell the current set up as the swift and a 980ti is a shame to keep on a leash on the GPU considering the cash spent on the monitor and card. You wont see a huge return in terms of quantitative FPS but you wont have sudden drops in fps when you encounter a CPU heavy bit, which would be noticeable depending on the game. Try out the current set up with MSI AB running in the background and see how much of a bottleneck you see in games you play before moving on.
