Still nothing (not in spam folder either).

Did a password reset, just to see if i get that email and that worked straight away.

Finally getting sorted.

Bypassed the Samsung website and emailed their returns centre directly.

Within 24hrs got a phone call and email with free shipping labels.

Getting picked up tomorrow morning.

Don't know what is going on with their website, but can't fault their returns department.

my 840 went back to scan, was faulty, they confirmed it was faulty and replaced with a 850 due to the 840 being end of life

took about 3 weeks but that was because I left it a week before calling them to chase the progress of it as nothing was done for ages

Just got a 250gb 850 EVO today.

Was expecting maybe a refurb, but it is a brand spanking new ssd.
