This is what I've chosen, is there anything that is incompatible and is there any better recommendations.

It's all compatible but I have a few nits to pick. The GTS is old hat now. The GT is cheaper and faster. That PSU is overkill as well. Go for the Corsair HX 520.

EDIT: I also suggest a SATA DVD player since PATA is on its last legs, so to speak. It'll last longer into future builds.

Hiper PSU's are hardly renowned for their reliability. I'd go for either a Seasonic or a Corsair HX630. I might also opt for an 8800 with at least 640 Mb of memory. There's no real advantage or disadvantage in SATA over PATA.

I like this spec:

It's got a quad, a great CPU cooler, an excellent PSU, two of the fastest 7200 RPM drives for RAID 0, a 500 GB disk for storage, and 4 GiB RAM.

It comes to £772.95 without the 500 GB storage disk.

I would like to ask, if the motherboard supports sli? Probably not...

EDIT: Also like to add, no overclocking will be done.

It does not. Only the nvidia 650 and 680 chipsets support SLi, and they're quite old now.
