8600k overclock

How's it going guys

I recently upgraded my Asus ROG Strix H370 F Gaming mobo to Z390 ROG Maximus XI Hero.
I also upgraded my cooling to the ROG RYU 240 water cooling.

I was able to get an overclock right away to 5ghz with no issues and my temp under load is 55 degrees
Not a bad temp I think and I'm now wondering how far this chip will go!

What do you guys think?

I literally changed a few settings.

Sync all cores 50
XMP 2
Adaptive Voltage
CPU current capability 170%.

I literally watched this video and followed the steps.

Must be lad,

A lot of threads I have read seem to suggest that the 8600k and 8700k are easily overclocked to 5ghz.

Maybe 8Pack can assist?

For my own overclock to 5ghz, I stressed the CPU with Real Bench, Aida64, Prime95 and Cinebench.
All passed with no issues.

Ive been playing Battlefield V all week with no crashes or freezing either.

Temps were around 55-60 degrees.

If my chip is one of the good ones, im happy enough with that.
Its about time I got a decent chip as all in the past have been just OK.
My highest overclock was on my Haswell-E i7 which was 4.8ghz and it ran around 70 degrees.
