8700K Cinebench Score Comparision

Hey everyone, just want a comparison of my 8700K below and my mates -

We both run 3200mhz lpx ram and have both OC'd to 5.0ghz his score is 100 lower than mines?

what scores are you all getting at 5ghz?

Whats his memory timings , has he got a heavier loaded system in the background , is his hitting thermal or voltage limits and declocking ? a lot of variables to concider . Hopefully someone with a 8700k weighs in

Definitely check background programs, they made up to a 200 point difference on my i5 8600.

Think I get 1650 or around there depending on the time of the day

I get roughly 1650, at 5Ghz and 3200Mhz RAM

I would like to see your single core scores too, not starting an argument here, but at 5ghz, id expected your scores to be closer to my 2700x which is running at 4.15ghz, I score 1805 on multithread, but id expect your extra speed to bring it closer to my score ? maybe that's not how its works.

I'm pretty sure Ryzen's SMT is a lot more efficient in CB than Intel's hyper threading.
