should all 8700ks do 5ghz? I’m really struggling to get 5ghz stable, it blue screens after about 2 mins of realbench hitting about 86c and about 92c I have even tried upto 1.4v and it still blue screens anyone got any advice

Could be memory related. Is everything else at auto? Set 1 thing at a time to try and narrow it down.
1.35v should be enough for most 8700ks
Memory ran fine at 3200 with my Ryzen

Nope, down to silicone lottery and looks like you lost.
If that’s the case I will send it back and buy a delidded chip

These are the setting I’m using
1) Set XMP
2) Vcore / Manual / 1.35v
3) IO 1.2v
4) SA 1.22v
5) CPU standby 1.2v
6) LLC / load line calibration 6 or 7 (board dependent)
7) Current cap (CPU) 140%

before realbench, what is the absolute minimum voltage for it to pass cinebench r15? if Asus please set LLC6, Asrock LLC1 and manual/fixed voltage please.
I will try CineBench when I get in I was using LLC5

Most 8700Ks will make 5.0 after delid, but not all, according to Silicon Lottery. Your SA and IO voltages seem really high, could easily drop them by 0.1 V for 3200.
I had my IO at 1.3 at one point

1.2v is fine although not needed at 3200. Lower it could help with the temp.
When you do the cinebench please let me know the voltage you set in bios and the voltage which cpuz reads.
Will do, I really may have a bad chip because I was shocked at the temps at stock they were hitting 68-72c and that’s with my triple and dual rads, it only has my chip and 1070 in the loop
