8800 gtx replacement

what's a good priced upgrade from an 80gtx? not wanting to go top range. looking about 150ish in price, would consider ATI.

running windows XP sp3, with a quad core 2 extreme 2.9 and 4GB (3.2GB useable in XP) DDR-2 RAM

whatever I go for, I want to avoid a 'cut down' version of a main card. ex got the GTX rather than the GTS version last time around

I've just upgraded from a 8800gtx to 2x5850s.

5770 although DX11 cards have only just come out. It won't be that long untill the 5850 is just over your budget.
