did you use driver sweep? always reinstall COD4 but make sure u save your ranks etc

Yes havent tried it in ages but when i did 1920x1200 = smooth
You mean in single-player it's fine? Couldn't be lag on the broadband rather than the GPU going slow?

If I try and run at 1680 x 1050 its a no go.
I have a q6600 At stock
4gb of OCZ Ram
8800GTX I should be able to run fine
Also Im on Nforce chipset

I was unable to fix my issue i just play at 1680x1050 now texture all on high not extra. 2xAA 16xAF annoys me i cant play at my screen res, but o well maybe the 4870 1gig version will fix that when it drops.
Out of interest what mobo do you have?
