8mb Cache cs 16mb cache

i was looking at getting a new hard drive and need about 150-200gb and looking through the seagates i see that 250gb+ all have 16mb is there a performance/speed increase with these over the smaller 8mb cache ones?

not as big as the 2Mb to 8MB
