You have interleaving on which has reduced your sync rate by 512 Kb.Well they've "fixed" the voice line now and my ADSL is stable again. But it no longer wants to sync at 8meg. Currently it's at 7616 kbit/s and 448 kbit/s.
I guess they've moved my line onto another twisted pair that isn't as good as my last one?

That's the first time I've heard of itThats not true, I have interleaving on, my sync is 8128 and max throughput is 7150 (- overheads) 840+
It should also be pointed out that BTw state that applying interleaving reduces the maximum line rate achievable from 8128kbps to 7616kbps. This is due to the additional overhead required for check bytes.
Note: although BT state 7616 is maximum sync speed with Interleaving, many instances of higher sync speeds have been reported by users.
