In testing totally fine ofcourse. Check Realbench, heaven etc.. Disable avx offset if necessary just don't rum avx stress tests.

Check power plan in Windows, check igpu isn't installed by some windows update.

Most non professional stuff is none AVX so run with zero offset or run higher volts. No game is running AVX like a stress test would or pro app.
