8x Pcie 3.0 - To Gen 4 M2 card adapter

Does anyone make one of these? i have a spare 8x slot i could use for a gen 4 M2 drive, but i can't seem to find one anywhere. Do any of you know of one?

That’s why I wondered about it being in the x8 x3 Lane It would be the same as 4x4 Lane
