955 Overclocking estimates plz

Hello, new at overclocking here, got my self a new system and want to know the boundarys for the following

955 Phenom x4
Gigabyte 790Fx-ud5p
patriot 4GB 7-7-7-20 @1600

Im basically stepping up slowly atm because im unsure of the outcomes of me fiddling to much, but basically Ive got myself ahead start here with the following results

CPU 213X16 = 3408Mhz
HT 213X10 = 2130Mhz
Rams @ 564.98

current temps range from mid 30's to 60c underload im not to sure about the load temp being so high is this ok for a 955 or should I be expecting lower?
Im using the asus silent knight cooler.

I used AOD to test a gradual upgrade then did a stability test which passed then set the values into the bios and used prime 95 to do a mixed stress test temps flickered up to 61c but went down to about 59 to 60c under full load.

Should be capable of around 3.7-3.8 at a guess, i have the ud4 and got to 3.8, no guarentees yours will do the same though, it might do better.

Temps wise 60 is a bit warm and i wouldn't want it to get much higher, what are you measuring its temp with?

Well AOD and coretemp both measure the same temps, I think I need to reapply the thermal paste after I get some cleaner as I repositioned it, now the temps go up to in excess of 65C then the bios warning came on which cant be 2 great. Im sat here now idling at 43c.

Woop got hold of some paste cleaned it all and reapplyed now running 10c cooler
overclocked currently at 3.4Ghz and Idle is 35c prime95@ 56c *RESULT*
