95thrifles 700 intel, overclocking?

Going to go with this.

A few questions:

1) I'm hoping to overclock to 3.8Ghz, will this be ok?
2) xfire possible?
3) I want to make it as quiet as possible? Any recommended adjustments? I was looking at this instead of the given cooler? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...00-PL&tool=3&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=1395

Im not sure, but i think that cooler only supports 1366 sockets, (i7), The Mega Shadow has support for the 1156 socket though,
