They are good for budget pc but the performance is lacking way behind of intel.

I think in general yes. If it is worth the extra outlay to % of £ spent would depend on either disposable income or how important you value your computer hardware to be in your life.

Not really the importance of the value and so on. It is the experience what you can't have with amd in many ways. Even if i can get an 2500K would pleasure my 2560x1400 gaming with my gtx 570. In BF4 multiplayer, my cpu can't do much. Simply dies off over 10 players, well in 2560x1400. I tested already.

This was hard to digest, had to re-read it.

The latter part makes poor sense. My FX handles BF4 no problem. When you brand AMD in general consider those peoples setups that do handle the job. Throwing in 2560x1400 and a weaker cpu is not really the normal setup IMO. A Phenom x6 @3.7;EVGA GTX 570 Classified is going to struggle.
