970 to 980 ?

Id either get a 970 or wait - 970 will get you pretty much close to what a 980 does perhaps 15% difference for 40% more price increase.

btw I run 2560x1440 with dying light atm ... with a 970.
 
Just wondering what clocks and tempts people are getting running kaf2 in sli?

On stock my gpu 1 is hitting 78 gpu2 65. I upgraded all my case fans but if I try to oc the cards to 1500 gpu 1 hits 80-86 degrees on stock voltage and 120 power. Gpu 2 is always 13 degrees under. Any ideas how to cool them of and still get them to OC a bit?

I would rather just use stock with a better fan profile.

I have been in touch to Phil from KFA support and he has provided me with a newer BIOS too!

I don't know if I'm allowed to state this here (if not, please point me in the right direction) but I am selling my Gigabyte G1 Gaming edition GTX 980. It was purchased from Overclockers in January 2015.
