I dont understand threads like this either, its already been said, everyone knows how to RMA and praise has been given.
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

I've switched to crossfire 290X's 8GB from OCUK. I'm using them in 4K and I can't believe the difference.
We had a very busy time with cards coming back but we on the phones are very happy that february is over

We have noticed that you recently requested a return(RMA) from us for your Nvidia GTX 970 Graphics card, applications for returns on these cards for the 3.5GB memory issue are now closed, as a result of this we are sending you an email because we haven't received your card back at our offices as of 28/02/2015.
If you have returned your card to us and have received this email please contact us with your tracking information for your return so that we can process this for you as soon as possible.
If you have not yet returned the card back to us please do so as a matter of urgency so that we can complete your return as requested, please note that cards received after the 09/03/2015 may not be eligible for a refund. If you are unable to return your card within this time frame please let us know so that we can make arrangements for you so that your return can be processed smoothly at a later date.
If you have changed your mind and have decided to keep the card, please let us know so that we can close your return, you return will close after 28 days automatically if we don't hear from you.
