Hi,

I've just installed a point of view 9800GT 512mb card replacing my 9400 card which I bought from here.

The card runs fine except when I run any 3D related games/demo's.

I have taken 2 video's on my mobile to show what happens:

It has these constant huge triangles of missing or messed up graphics. it doesn't fill the screen but seems to come from the characters/units themselves as on the videos.

For example if I load my starcraft beta the backgound seems fine but the 3d characters have these triangles bursting from them.

I've tried the below drivers but get the same on each. I'm now back on my 9400 which works fine.

Windows 7
Drivers tried: 190.62, 196.21, 197.13

I've put in a RMA request to the overclockers but I thought I would check here in case I've missed something or if someone has seen something similar.

Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply.

Is that a symptom of dead memory then? Sorry I don't know much about the hardware side of things but I've tried eliminating anything software related.

Thanks again

I was always under the impression that white dots was core and big triangles were memory, always used to be in the old days anyway....
