9800XT Problems

I am experiencing problems with my graphics card on all 3D programs.

I get stretched graphics in all the games I play. The problem has happened various times before, but gone away after about a minute. However, the problem now is not going away.

The graphics card is a 9800XT, and I am aware it is several years old, but was wondering if there was anything I could do before I bought a new card.

I have used various drivers but still occurr the same problem.

Any help would by greatly appreciated.

That looks like either a Core or Memory fault to me.

Had that happen on my X800XT PE. It got worse and worse until the PC stopped booting into XP.

Pretty sure it's a new card time.

Have you looked at the cards cooler for Dust build up ? How's the cards temps when loaded ? What driver versions have you tried ? What driver did it run fine on before the problems ? Have you installed new hardware or software prior to the problem ?

The card has been cleaned of dust. The temperatures are normal, and the card is not overclocked.

The problem did not happen after using certain drivers or after adding any hardware.

I think the card has just taken its toll
