980ti broken under warranty- but who to send to?

Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha .................
There is no such thing as an Msi rep, their called Msi apologists.

Gotta say, that most disappointing thing I've seen from them is trying to call up their support number. Of course it asks you to go through the push-button sequence to "make sure we route your call to the right department". Once you hit the button to say it's for a component (GPU, motherboard), it simply plays a pre-recorded message to say that the only way to contact them is via email. Then the call hangs up on you. Maybe this is just the way things are these days, or maybe I'm just old-fashioned, but when it comes to actually arranging what course of action to take, then email with 2 days break between replies is awful. Email is only useful for updating on things like delivery dates etc.

Of the big component manufacturers I have contacted, Gigabyte were quickest at responding (minutes), then EVGA (a day or so), MSI (about a week) and finally ASUS (getting on for two years)

ASUS have always been known to be a pile of ****e. Even back in the socket 939 days. If you do go with them just go with a retailer with good CS.

I'd only ever buy their motherboards, and nothing else from them if I can avoid it.
