Which is the best program to use to overclock my 980Ti?

Afterburner. Some of the the third party GPU manufacturers such as Evga/Zotac have their own OC'ing utilities but I've always preferred afterburner myself.

MSI afterburner defo, get the voltage unlocked via settings and get clocking that badboy. Hit 1500 core on mine, unreal cards.

EVGA precision is very good. K boost is a great feature that others dont have and its very reliable.
