Hey guys, I currently use 2 MSI 980ti's, just wondering if we should expect the 980ti to be dropping in price soon? So I can get another one. Would think there should be some drop with the new 1080 out.

Wouldn't bother, nVidia are ending support for 3 and 4 way setups

I'm using one 980Ti for 1440. And haven't run into any major performance issues as of yet.

You'll be fine for a good while with 2 cards.

Nvidia will not support 3 cards in the future.

Nvidia will not support 3 cards in the future.

They are not supporting 3-way for the 1080, cards that previously supported it arent being cancelled, but the gains are so small its not worth it anyway
